    Abstract: Insulator circuit comprising an optoelectronic coupler consisting of a photoemitting diode positioned facing the photodetector, a photoemitting diode polarizing circuit, a signal input connected to the photoemitting diode and an output amplifier connected to the photodetector, wherein the photoemitting diode polarizing circuit comprises a high frequency power supply connected to a high frequency transformer and a rectifier circuit inserted between said transformer and the photoemitting diode.
