Patent number: 12000736Abstract: A maintenance system for a gate device includes a controller, at least one temperature sensor, and an evaluation unit. The controller has a motor control unit which actuates a drive apparatus for driving a gate member, and a non-volatile memory which stores gate data. The gate data is retrievable from the non-volatile memory. The at least one temperature sensor is arranged in a region of the drive apparatus. The at least one temperature sensor continuously transmits a detected temperature as further gate data to the non-volatile memory of the controller. The evaluation unit creates a temperature curve for each of the at least one temperature sensor over a preset operating cycle. A comparison of more than one temperature curve allows a conclusion to be drawn of a need for maintenance of the gate device.Type: GrantFiled: July 10, 2018Date of Patent: June 4, 2024Assignee: FRABA B.V.Inventors: Christian Leeser, Martin Forthaus, Konrad Machill

Publication number: 20220417327Abstract: A sensor network arrangement includes at least one sensor device and a base station. The at least one sensor device includes a sensor module which detects a physical quantity and which provides a sensor signal corresponding thereto, an evaluation unit which evaluates the sensor signal and which provides sensor data corresponding thereto, a first wireless data interface which provides a wireless transmission of the sensor data, and at least one energy generator which generates electrical energy to operate the at least one sensor device. The base station includes a second wireless data interface which receives the sensor data transmitted by the first wireless data interface at arbitrary times, a first data storage which stores the sensor data received by the second wireless data interface, and at least one readout data interface which transmits the sensor data stored in the first data storage to an external readout device.Type: ApplicationFiled: September 19, 2019Publication date: December 29, 2022Applicant: FRABA B.V.Inventor: CHRISTIAN LEESER

Publication number: 20220219707Abstract: A vehicle control assembly for an automatic control of a vehicle in an enclosed spatial field. The enclosed special field includes objects and floor area portions. The vehicle includes a drive device and a vehicle control device which controls the vehicle. The vehicle control assembly includes a navigation system for determining a position of the vehicle in the enclosed spatial field, a room sensor system with at least one 3D sensor assembly which is arranged in the enclosed spatial field, and a room control unit to which each of the room sensor system and the vehicle control device are controllably connected. The room sensor system detects a predeterminable size of each of the vehicle, each of the objects, and each person, respectively. The room control unit associates an at least two-dimensional safety region with the vehicle, with each of the objects, and with each person.Type: ApplicationFiled: May 18, 2020Publication date: July 14, 2022Applicant: FRABA B.V.Inventors: CHRISTIAN LEESER, MARTIN FORTHAUS

Publication number: 20210321808Abstract: A receiving assembly for receiving a shipment. The receiving assembly is used in a building opening to provide access to a room of the building. The receiving assembly includes a housing assembly which has a guide assembly, a door member which is movably mounted in the guide assembly, a drive device which drives the door member, a control device which controls the drive device, and a sensor. The housing assembly defines, together with a part of the room, a housing chamber. The sensor cooperates with the control device and exchanges electronic authorization information so that, in a first position of the door member, the building opening is closed, and in a second position of the door member, the building opening is open and the access to the room of the building is closed.Type: ApplicationFiled: July 25, 2018Publication date: October 21, 2021Applicant: FRABA B.V.Inventors: CHRISTIAN LEESER, MARTIN FORTHAUS, KONRAD MACHILL

Publication number: 20210042682Abstract: A computer-assisted work management method in a work management system. The work management system includes a role database defining role objects, a person database defining person objects, a process database defining process objects, and an organizational unit database defining organizational unit objects. The method includes receiving a process request from an organizational unit via an electronic data interface. The process request includes specification information and triggers a predefined process object. The specification information is stored in the triggered predefined process object. A process-specific role profile is determined by evaluating all role objects linked with the triggered predefined process object. A role-specific task is determined using the process-specific role profile and the specification information. The predefined process object is linked with a person object which is associated with a role object.Type: ApplicationFiled: August 9, 2019Publication date: February 11, 2021Applicant: FRABA INC.Inventor: Christian Leeser
