  • Patent number: 11714100
Abstract: A process for producing a piezoelectric sensor includes the following steps: a step of providing a housing made of stainless steel; a step of producing a solution of a compound comprising a metal or metalloid element; a step of depositing a layer of the solution over at least one inner surface of the housing; a step of oxidizing the deposited layer of solution; a step of placing a piezoelectric element inside the housing; a step of closing the housing. A piezoelectric sensor obtained by such a process and comprising a closed steel housing, a piezoelectric element arranged inside the housing and a layer of a solution of a compound comprising a metal or metalloid element that is arranged over at least one inner surface of the housing.

  • Patent number: 9425384
Abstract: A process for manufacturing a high-temperature ultrasonic transducer, said transducer comprising a steel or metal top electrode, a piezoelectric converter, a steel or metal support ensuring the interface between the converter and the propagation medium of the acoustic waves, a first joint between the support and the piezoelectric crystal, and a second joint between the converter and the top electrode, comprises, to produce said gold-and-indium-based joints, a brazing and diffusing operation comprising the following steps: a first step of increasing temperature to a first temperature comprised between about 150° C. and about 400° C. and of maintaining this first temperature for a first length of time corresponding to a first plateau; and a second step of increasing temperature to a second temperature comprised between about 400° C. and about 1000° C. and of maintaining this second temperature for a second length of time corresponding to a second plateau.

  • Patent number: 4898541
Abstract: A connection device includes two assemblies, movable towards each other. One of the assemblies has a first mechanical connection plate unit and a first connection element fixed to the plate unit. The other assembly includes a second mechanical connection plate unit and a second connection element movable with respect to the second plate unit in a direction parallel to the engagement direction. The second plate unit includes centering pins for engaging the first plate and providing relative centering of the two plates, remote controlled for locking the plate units one on the other and in aligned position of the contacts. Motors are carried by the second plate unit for moving the second connection element with respect to the second plate unit between a rear position in which the contacts of the elements are mutually separated even when the plate units are in contact with each other and a forward position in which the contacts of the two elements are in mutual engagement.
