  • Publication number: 20240055619
Abstract: A separator plate for an electrochemical system comprising a first individual plate which comprises two first channels for conducting media which run next to one another and which are separated from one another at least in sections by a web formed between the first channels. The web comprising a lowered portion and a rear side of the base of the lowered portion is connected to a rear side of the base of the second channel in the contact zone of the individual plates via a welded connection. The welded connection comprises a first end region and a first curved portion, wherein the first curved portion runs, and is curved, in such a way that a virtual straight line running perpendicularly through the first end region intersects the welded connection at least two times.

  • Patent number: 11791508
Abstract: A plate-like fluid container for conducting a fluid, usable for regulating the temperature of an electrochemical system such as batteries, battery stacks and the like, and, in particular traction batteries, having a metallic baseplate and a metallic channel plate adjacent to the baseplate. The channel plate includes at least one channel for conducting the fluid, and the baseplate for thermal contact with the electrochemical system that includes at least one indentation directed toward the channel plate where within the baseplate is welded to the channel plate, with the weld seam on the side of the baseplate facing away from the channel plate.

  • Publication number: 20210391608
Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a plate-like fluid container for the temperature control of an accumulator device for electrical energy or of an electrical consumer, for example in a motor vehicle, having two layers contacting one another at least regionally, an inlet for pouring a fluid into the fluid container, an outlet for discharging the fluid from the fluid container, and a fluid channel system arranged between the layers that connects the inlet to the outlet and is configured to be flowed through by the fluid during the temperature control, wherein a spacing of at least two first channel sections of the fluid channel system extending parallel to one another is larger in a first region of the fluid channel system disposed upstream than a spacing of at least two second channel sections of the fluid channel system extending parallel to one another in a second region of the fluid channel system disposed downstream to improve the temperature control performance of plate-like fluid containers for temperatu
