  • Publication number: 20100290452
Abstract: A method and a device establish a subject-related communication link between two users in a communication network. At least the called user is equipped with a telecommunication terminal and a computer workstation suitable for electronic messages. Electronic messages are provided with subject-related identifiers when the same are transmitted from the calling user to the called user. The calling user can indicate a subject-related identifier to a communication link between the calling user and the called user in the communication network when the communication link is established. The subject-related identifier is then transmitted along with the call information and is forwarded from the communication network to the computer workstation of the called user. The subject-related identifier is evaluated in the computer workstation, and messages including the subject-related identifier are then indicated to the called user.

  • Patent number: 7597325
Abstract: The invention relates to a device for conveying sheetlike articles, in particular printed sheets, by which conveyed sheetlike articles may optionally be fed to various conveying routes, various delivery stacks being provided in particular at the end of the conveying routes. The device includes at least one conveying module (1, 2, 3, 4) having at least one continuously revolving suction belt (11) which exerts a negative pressure on the underside of an article (200) to be conveyed, and which conveys the article (200) from the start to the end of the conveying module (1, 2, 3, 4). At least one conveying module (2) is designed as a mechanical switch point in order to reroute a conveyed sheetlike article (200) in its conveying route. The invention further relates to a method for operating such a device.

  • Publication number: 20070041563
Abstract: A call centre in a communications network, having a plurality of operator workstations, a switching device and a call distribution system, and to a method of operating this call centre is provided. In this arrangement, virtual operator workstations are provided in the call centre which, after operator-specific access data has been entered by way of a user traffic connection of the communications network, are each connected to a respective external operator workstation. Calls are then forwarded by way of the virtual operator workstation to the external operator workstation by the call distribution system until the virtual operator workstation in the call centre is released again by the entering of operator-specific data.
