  • Publication number: 20180083592
Abstract: An electro-acoustic component with improved acoustics is specified. The component comprises a rectangular chip whose side edges are rotated relative to the piezoelectric axis.
    Type: Application
    Filed: January 28, 2016
    Publication date: March 22, 2018
    Inventors: Stephan BOLZE, Christian MATH
  • Patent number: 8179211
Abstract: The invention relates to a filter with a first partial filter (TF1), comprising a series resonator (S1) and at least two parallel resonators (P1, P2) that are arranged in respective parallel branches, and with a second partial filter (TF2) configured as a DMS filter. The filter also comprises a housing with a plurality of internal housing contacts (GKi) on a base plate that are connected to terminal areas on the substrate (SU) and external housing contacts (GKa), fewer than the internal contacts, that are connected to the internal housing contacts (GKi) via lines (DL1, DL2) guided within the base plate. At least two lines for connections to ground of the first parallel resonator (P1) and the second partial filter (TF2) are guided separately in or on the base plate and are connected to at least two different external housing contacts (E4, E2).
    Type: Grant
    Filed: June 6, 2006
Date of Patent: May 15, 2012
    Assignee: Epcos AG
    Inventors: Thomas Bauer, Christian Math
  • Patent number: 7998805
Abstract: An electrical component has electrically conducting structures placed on an electrically isolating or semiconductive substrate and component structures sensitive to a voltage or an electrical arcing and galvanically separated from one another. To prevent an arcing between the galvanically separated component structures, the component structures are short-circuited with a shunt line having a smaller cross-section than the remaining electrical conductor tracks. The shunt lines can be burnt through by application of an electrical current at any given time, whereby a galvanic separation of the component structures is effected, if necessary, for the function of the component.
    Type: Grant
    Filed: July 9, 2008
Date of Patent: August 16, 2011
    Assignee: EPCOS AG
Inventors: Thomas Baier, Waldemar Gawlik, Günter Kovacs, Anton Leidl, Christian Math, Werner Ruile
