  • Patent number: 9494613
Abstract: A modular flow injection analysis system has a sample connection, a reagent inflow and a media discharge. The analysis system is formed of a plurality of functional modules stacked one on top of the other. These functional modules include a metering module including a metering channel having an inlet and an outlet, a mixing module including a mixing channel having an inlet and an outlet, an analysis module including a media chamber connected to the outlet of the mixing channel, and a media control module. The modules are connected by aligned media channels. These media channels replace the conventional tube connections. They are connected automatically when the modules are fitted together.
    Type: Grant
    Filed: May 18, 2010
Date of Patent: November 15, 2016
    Assignee: BUERKERT WERKE GMBH
Inventors: Christian Oberndorfer, Michael Winkler, Marco Zuern
  • Patent number: 8885160
Abstract: The compact microspectrometer for fluid media has, in a fixed spatial coordination in a housing, a light source, a fluid channel, a reflective diffraction grating, and a detector. The optical measuring path starting from the light source passes through the fluid channel and impinges on the diffraction grating. The spectral light components reflected by the diffraction grating impinge on the detector.

    Assignee: Buerkert Werke GmbH
Inventors: Dominik Rabus, Michael Winkler, Christian Oberndorfer
  • Patent number: 8710848
Abstract: A modular sensor system for continuous measurement of analytes in continuous flow has a fluidic module, a sensor module, an optional reference module, and a cover part which are stacked on top of each other and firmly connected with each other so as to be releasable. The fluidic module includes a fluid duct having an inlet and an outlet. The sensor module includes a sensor compartment which has at least one sensor and is in fluid communication with the fluid duct of the fluidic module. The optional reference module is in fluid communication with the fluid duct of the fluidic module by means of a diaphragm. The cover part seals the sensor module or the reference module.
