  • Patent number: 9899775
Abstract: A connector insert is disclosed. The connector insert has a cable including a plurality of wires, a plurality of plug contacts, a housing including at least one reception chamber defining an inlet, and a stabilizer including a first fastening location at which the stabilizer is attached to the housing and a second fastening location at which the stabilizer is attached to the cable. Each plug contact is attached to a wire, and the reception chamber accepts the plug contacts through the inlet. The stabilizer is composed of a dimensionally stable material.

  • Patent number: 9799978
Abstract: The invention relates to a contact element, made of an electrically conductive contact material. In order to provide a contact element which can be passed repeatedly and non-destructively through a housing or a seal of a plug connector in and/or opposite to a direction of insertion (E), a contact element is provided comprising a body extending in the direction of insertion (E) and a position securing element disposed on an upper side of the body, projecting upwards out of an opening in the body transversely to the direction of insertion (E), and that can be deflected elastically, the position securing element having a slope surface that is inclined against the direction of insertion (E), adjoining which, without any kinks or edges, are a curved section and an end section, and the end section ending with a free end within the cubature of the body.

  • Patent number: 9337561
Abstract: A contact element for a plug type connector is provided a contact body having a pair of guiding faces and a catch opening. The contact body is prepared from electrically conductive contact material. The pair of guiding faces provide a reinforced region with each guiding face having a plurality of layers overlapping each other transversely with respect to a length of contact body. The catch opening is disposed between the pair of guiding faces.
