  • Patent number: 5889874
Abstract: An ITE hearing aid device has a pre-fabricated face plate which closes a housing shell and which forms a function unit with hearing aid components, the face plate having a closed visible surface without openings and without components placed thereon.
    Type: Grant
    Filed: February 3, 1998
Date of Patent: March 30, 1999
    Assignee: Siemens Audiologische Technik GmbH
    Inventors: Christian Schmitt, Joseph Sauer
  • Patent number: 5882464
Abstract: Absorbent articles having absorbent cores comprising multiple absorbent layers which are joined to each other. In particular, absorbent structures which have one of the absorbent layers being shorter in the manufacturing direction than at least one of the other layers and which are joined to one of the other layers by crimping and a process of crimping of a central patch of a fibrous web to a tissue.

  • Patent number: 5698510
Abstract: A process for making granular detergent compositions or components comprising from about 35% to about 85% by weight of a surfactant system comprising a mixture of polyhydroxy fatty acid amide and ethoxylated nonionic surfactant. The surfactant system is in the solid phase at temperatures of 25.degree. C. and below, and has a softening point from above 25.degree. C. to 100.degree. C. Additionally, the surfactant system has a viscosity profile whereby its viscosity is at least about 20,000 cps at a temperature of 10.degree. C. above the softening point, and less than about 10,000 cps at a temperature of 30.degree. C. above the softening point, all viscosities being measured at a shear rate of 25 s.sup.-1.
    Type: Grant

Assignee: The Procter & Gamble Company
Inventors: Carole Patricia Wilkinson, Paul Amaat Raymond France, John Christian Schmitt
  • Patent number: 4899533
Abstract: A false twist texturing unit for filaments comprising a motor block arranged in a stationary manner on the machine, stator defined in the motor block, a shaft of the texturing unit including a rotor thereon with the rotor located in the stator and supported and rotatable therin. Various filament monitoring devices, data transmission elements and a filament cutting device, or the like elements, are supported in a stationary manner in the motor block and are thereby protected from distrubances, like those experienced during a repair.
