  • Patent number: 10097057
Abstract: An electric motor of a vehicle component, in particular a window opener drive or seat adjuster drive, includes a rotor, a stator with a three-phase stator winding having at least one coil per phase with first and second coil ends, and a connection element having a number of vias corresponding to the number of coil ends, the vias forming first and second contacting groups. The vias of the first contacting group are paired with a contact ring with contact points for electrically conductively connecting the first coil ends, in particular while forming a neutral point. The second coil ends are guided through the vias of the second contacting group, and a coil end portion or additional conductor element of the coil ends is azimuthally guided along the connection element and guided, preferably axially, out of the connection element while providing a three-phase winding connection at exposed positions.

  • Patent number: 9673670
Abstract: A method produces a rotor which can rotate about a rotation axis, in particular for an electrical machine of a motor vehicle. At least two rotor body elements are each provided with a number of receiving pockets which are made in an axial direction. Magnet bodies are in each case pressed into the receiving pockets in the rotor body elements with an axial press-in direction. The rotor body elements are joined to one another in such a way that the press-in directions of the magnet bodies point away from one another. Additionally, an electrical machine has a rotor which is produced in this manner.

  • Patent number: 8648503
Abstract: The invention relates to an arrangement for acoustic decoupling of a stator of an electric motor having two substantially cylindrical decoupling rings disposed on both sides of the stator and concentric to a motor shaft, each fixed to a front side of the stator on one side and each fixed to a housing enclosing the stator on the other side, and comprising recesses on the circumferential surfaces thereof. The decoupling rings hold the stator in a centered position at a distance from the housing. The recesses allow targeted acoustic decoupling. The invention is particularly applicable for electric motors in steering systems for motor vehicles.
