  • Publication number: 20240101589
Abstract: The present invention relates to compounds of formula (I) that function as inhibitors of METTL3 (N6-adenosine-methyltransferase 70 kDa subunit) enzyme activity: W—X—Y—Z (I) wherein X, Y and Z are each as defined herein. The present invention also relates to processes for the preparation of these compounds, to pharmaceutical compositions comprising them, and to their use in the treatment of proliferative disorders, such as cancer, and autoimmune diseases, as well as other diseases or conditions in which METTL3 activity is implicated.

  • Patent number: 9933110
Abstract: Mounting apparatus is used for supporting an accessory device, e.g., a sensor, in a manner permitting adjustment. An accessory device-receiving mount is fixable to the accessory device and has at least one surface forming a cross-section permitting adjustment in at least one degree of freedom. A clamp ring engages the device-receiving mount at the surface, so that the cross-section permitting adjustment. A clamping mechanism selectively clamps the clamp ring and includes a manually threaded fastener and a lever-operated clamp tightener. The lever-operated clamp tightener acts on the manually threaded fastener to releasably tighten the clamping mechanism beyond that achieved by manually threading the manually threaded fastener, permitting manually threading the clamping arrangement at a maximum tension less than a full tension applied by the lever-operated clamp tightener.

  • Publication number: 20060093282
Abstract: A method and apparatus for providing connector keying and identification for unidirectional fiber cables are disclosed. Three connector subassemblies are provided, wherein first and second subassemblies are both oriented in alignment to prevent a cable for coupling to receive connections from being plugged into transmit connections and vice versa. A third portion of the connector assembly slides into the second portion and provides a place to put a label identifying the cables destination and source. All portions can be designed for hand assembly and disassembly, allowing dynamic field setup.

  • Patent number: 6431349
Abstract: An article, such as an artist's canvas (12), having at least one touch sensitive area (14) on its surface is carried in a device (10) comprising a base (16), side walls (18, 19, 20, 21), and a cross-member (22) extending across the device (10) in a position spaced from the base (16). A plurality of contact pins (24) are carried by the cross-member (22) and extend towards the base (16). The location of the contact pins (24) on the cross-member (22) can be adjusted, thereby to enable the contact pins (24) to make contact with the article (12) at positions spaced from the touch sensitive area (14).
