  • Publication number: 20230099898
Abstract: The present disclosure relates to RNA particles for delivery of RNA to target tissues after administration, in particular after parenteral administration such as intramuscular, intravenous, subcutaneous or intratumoral administration, and compositions comprising such RNA particles. The present disclosure, in particular, relates to RNA particles comprising RNA, at least one cationic or cationically ionizable lipid or lipid-like material, and at least one cationic polymer, wherein the particles do not have a core-shell structure.

  • Patent number: 8376710
Abstract: The disclosure relates to adjacently mounted circumferentially distributed turbo machine airfoils with a vibration damping system. Each adjacent pair of airfoils includes a fixing and receiving portion, extending between the paired adjacent airfoils, each with a face that are proximal (e.g., in contact with) each other. Vibration can be suppressed by the fixing and receiving portions each having a received magnet fixingly installed therein and a non-magnetic conducting plate therebetween. Each magnet has a pole that faces the pole of the other magnet in between which the non-magnetic conducting plate is located and in which eddy currents can be induced by the relative movement of the magnets due to vibration.

  • Patent number: 6382830
Abstract: The invention relates to a method of determining the qualitative composition of soil organic matter (SOM) of mineral soils using thermogravimetry, i.e., by subjecting a soil sample of constant weight to thermogravimetric analysis in the usual way and forming the quotient of the overall weight loss of the sample during heating from 200° C. to 450° C. and the overall weight loss of the sample during heating from 95° C. to 190° C. The method is straightforward and cost-effective, providing reliable figures for all mineral soils, regardless of region, climatic zone, or type of utilization.
