Abstract: An oven includes an interior liner defining an interior cavity between two generally parallel, spaced-apart side walls, a top wall extending between the two side walls, and a back wall extending downwardly from the top wall. The oven further includes a broiler element mounted within the interior liner and moveable between a cooking position, wherein the broiler element extends laterally along the top wall in a direction between the two side walls and longitudinally away from the back wall, and a cleaning position, wherein the broiler element extends laterally along the back wall in the direction between the two side walls and vertically away from the top wall.
