  • Publication number: 20230159085
Abstract: A drive (1) for a steering axle (26) of an industrial truck includes two steering arms (11, 12), an axle arch (8), a tie rod (13) configured as a spindle (13), a spindle nut (7) fixed axially on the tie rod (13), and a gear stage (21). Adjustment of the steering arms (11, 12) can be effected by axial displacement of the tie rod (13), and by the spindle nut (7) being able to be driven by a drive output element (7) of the gear stage (21). The drive (1) has two mutually coaxial electric motors (17, 18) disposed parallel to the tie rod (13). A drive element (14) of the gear stage (21) can be driven by the two electric motors (17, 18), which are disposed so as to be axially centric between the two electric motors (17, 18). Also disclosed is a steering axle and an industrial truck.

  • Publication number: 20190161330
Abstract: An industrial conveyor vehicle with four wheels (4, 5), a vehicle chassis (2) and a rear axle (1) in the form of a pendulum axle (1), which is mounted in a pivot mounting (3) supported on the vehicle chassis (2) and can undergo pivoting movements within the range of a pivot angle about a pivot axis (a) that extends in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle. Depending on the situation driving situation, a maximum pivot angle (?1, ?2) can be set which limits the pivoting movements.

  • Patent number: 9340084
Abstract: A drive axle for industrial trucks is, by fastening mechanisms, on the one hand able to be connected to the vehicle frame and, on the other hand, connected to the axle housing. Flexible elements that take effect in the main directions of force in such a manner that they are mainly subject to pressure are arranged between the fastening mechanisms and the axle housing.

  • Patent number: 9199534
Abstract: A drive for an industrial truck with at least one drive motor for driving a wheel of the industrial truck and at least one steering motor for supporting a steering movement of the wheel around a steering axle also features a drawbar for guiding the steering or driving movement by applying a load on the drawbar. The drive motor also rotates upon a steering movement of the wheel, whereas the drawbar is connected in a torque-proof manner, relative to the steering axle, with a component also rotating upon a steering movement of the wheel.

  • Publication number: 20070210644
Abstract: An actuation device for a brake has an accumulator (14). The accumulator (14), when in a parking brake position, acts on a ball ramp actuator (10) via a connecting element to actuate the brake as a parking brake. If the accumulator (14) is in a released position, an actuator (16) is activated to displace a catch (17) and to hold the accumulator (14) in this released position.

  • Publication number: 20020134597
Abstract: An electrical individual wheel drive has one electric motor (2) the output shaft of which is connected with an inner central gear (3) of a transmission (4) to form one piece. The ring gear (5) of the transmission is non-turnably held and the planet carrier (9) forms the output. The output shaft (1) of the electric motor (2) is supported via a bearing (7)in the housing of the electric motor (2), on one side, and side via bearings (8) of the planet carrier (9), on the other.
