Abstract: A target trial dataset with trial covariates and clinical outcome data is obtained from a plurality of human patients. An artificial patient dataset is generated by using distributions of one or more corresponding covariates and their correlations derived from the set of trial covariates, and filtering the artificial patient dataset, with each data record of the artificial patient dataset storing covariates of a respective artificial patient. The artificial patient dataset is provided to a disease progression model to generate a simulated dataset with simulated covariates and clinical outcome data for artificial patients not receiving experimental treatment. A treatment effect of a drug is determined by analyzing the trial dataset and the simulated dataset together to incorporate the simulated dataset, wherein the simulated dataset is given a weight in comparison to a control arm of the trial dataset, with the weight based on at least a maximum weight value.

Abstract: A closure unit for a storage compartment, in particular of a motor vehicle, with a frame that forms an access opening for the storage compartment, with two closure elements arranged displaceable on the frame, wherein the closure elements each close a different part of the access opening in a closed position and together close the entire access opening in their respective closed position, and wherein a handle for manually moving the closure elements is disposed at the mutually facing ends of the closure elements. It is provided that the closure elements each have an off-center projection at their mutually facing ends, on which the respective handle is disposed, such that the handles in the closed position of both closure elements are arranged in a line transverse to the sliding direction of the closure elements.

The storage compartment is characterized in that an outer contour of the outer wall is substantially identical to an inner perimeter of the storage compartment wall, and in that first positioning elements are disposed on an inner side of the storage compartment wall and second positioning elements, corresponding to the first positioning elements, are disposed on an outer side of the outer wall and by interacting with the first positioning elements fix the insert in a predetermined position within the storage compartment.
