  • Patent number: 11215259
Abstract: A vibration damper may include a damper cylinder, a guiding closure that is held in the damper cylinder by a first clamping element, a piston rod that is axially guided in the guiding closure, and a piston rod functional group that is connected to the piston rod and disposed in the damper cylinder. At least one second clamping element may be connected to an internal wall of the damper cylinder, and a holding element may be disposed in the damper cylinder. The second clamping element can be disposed between the guiding closure and the holding element, and the holding element can be disposed between the second clamping element and the piston rod functional group. Further, the internal diameter of the second clamping element at least in portions is smaller than the external diameter of the holding element.

  • Publication number: 20180355944
Abstract: A vibration damper with hydraulic damping of a pressure stage stop may include a working piston guided in a damper tube along a longitudinal axis. The working piston may be disposed on a piston rod leading out of the damper tube. For damping the pressure stage stop, a tubular body may be disposed in the damper tube, within which an auxiliary piston can be accommodated such that the auxiliary piston is guided along the longitudinal axis. A spring element may pre-stress the auxiliary piston towards the working piston. Upon a drive-in movement of the piston rod into the damper tube, a stop piston that is movable with the working piston comes to lie against the auxiliary piston and together with the auxiliary piston plunges into the tubular body under a hydraulic damping effect and under compression of the spring element. Consequently, a damping agent in the tubular body may flow through the auxiliary and stop pistons.

  • Patent number: 5639393
Abstract: An optoelectronic sensor device which has a beam transmitter/beam receiver arrangement associated with a beam guide element. The arrangement is disposed together with a heating device in a common housing. In order to install the heating device in a convenient manner in the surrounding area of the sensor device, the heating device consists of at least one heat conducting plate fixed to a support part, which is allocated with its substantial main areas to the beam guide element and is connected by at least one connection arm to the electrical printed circuit board. The heating device includes at least one heating element, which is disposed in the proximity of a connection arm directly on the electrical printed circuit board. For communicating the necessary heat into the heat conducting plate, the printed circuit board is connected at least in a material-locking manner to an associated connection arm.

  • Patent number: 5572017
Abstract: An optoelectronic sensor device includes a waveguide element for affixing to a transparent pane on one surface and connected to a housing by way of latching barbs provided on U-shaped arms which engage corresponding recesses in the waveguide element. Slide-like locking elements are guided by the housing, parallel to the waveguide element and the pane, into the spaces defined by the U-shaped arms to prevent the arms from disengaging their respective recesses. The locking elements are adjustable by way of a handle which is flush with the housing when the latching elements are in their locked position. The locking elements include dome-shaped protrusions which cooperate with an edge of the housing to secure the locking elements within the housing.
