Abstract: The present document describes a cooking container for cooking foodstuff comprising: an edge having a seal separating the interior from the exterior of the cooking container; a steam valve formed in the seal, the steam valve comprising: a pressure accumulating portion; a pressure controlling portion; and a breakable seal between the pressure accumulating portion and the pressure controlling portion; whereby the breakable seal is breakable under an increase in pressure in the pressure accumulating portion during cooking thereby forming a gap/passage in the seal and permitting controlled evacuation of pressure from the interior of the cooking container through the gap/passage to the exterior, the pressure controlling portion restricting the evacuation of pressure relative to the pressure accumulating portion after the breakable seal is broken.

Abstract: The present document describes a package for distributing and storing produce comprising: a container for holding produce, the container comprising a peripheral edge defining an opening into the container; a film for being positioned onto the peripheral edge of the container to close the opening; and an adhesive material for providing an airtight seal between the film and the peripheral edge upon being activated once the film has been positioned to cover the opening; and wherein upon being activated, the adhesive material populates both the peripheral edge and the film, the film thereby being repositionable onto the peripheral edge to reclose the opening of the container once the airtight seal has been broken upon initial opening of the package.

Abstract: The present document describes a label for installation over an opening of a container to be loaded with produce. The label comprises: a polymer-based film; and micro-perforations through the polymer-based film, whereby upon the polymer-based film being sealingly installed over the opening of the container, the micro-perforations controllably transfer a gaseous substance (such as oxygen and/or carbon dioxide) into or out of the container, through the label, and according to a respiration rate of the produce to be loaded in the container.

The mirror is mounted on a flexible extension arm which is secured to a base which may be quickly secured to the posts of the head rest on a typical seat or to another portion of the vehicle. The mirror may include a peripheral lighting system to provide localized illumination and a microphone and speaker assembly to allow communication with a cellular phone. The mirror assembly also includes a cellular phone holder, display screen and keypad to allow a user to operate and access the cellular telephone in a complete “hands-free” mode.
