Abstract: A method and system for transferring to a same client terminal at least a first flow with a first service quality and at least a second flow with a second service quality. The first flow is transmitted to the client terminal through an unconnected network, and the second flow is transmitted to the client terminal by a content server through a connected network after network resource booking with service quality by exchanging messages via the unconnected network. The method establishes a high throughput link between the client terminal and the content server, and transmits the second flow with the booked service quality to the client terminal through the high throughput link.

Abstract: The invention concerns a protocol for remote launching of a software application and reserving network resources with quality of service between a caller terminal TA and a called terminal TB. Said protocol consists in: transmitting (A) from the caller terminal to the called terminal TB a reservation request for connection via a server and a transmission via an unconnected network and in establishing (B) between the caller terminal TA and the called terminal TB, a procedure for reserving network resources with quality of service by exchange of messages by transmission via the unconnected network. When the network resources reservation is accepted by the server, a connected network between the caller terminal and the called terminal is established (C) on the same physical network supporting the unconnected network via a control network RC.

Abstract: A video-conferencing system between participants located at distant sites, each site featuring a viewing screen. The viewing screen is a large screen of the projection, overhead projection, or direct projection type which has one or more viewing systems forming an image wall to simultaneously view all the distant participants within a space reproduced on the image wall formed by the screen. The system includes devices for each site that spatially distribute the sound to match the sound generated by each distant participant and the image of the participant projected on the screen at the site considered.
