Abstract: A computer-implemented method may include causing a customer device to display a user portal; receiving the input customer criteria; determining that a merchant possesses a corresponding item; updating the user portal with a selectable indication of the merchant; facilitating secure information sharing by: generating an access communication unique to the customer and without any customer information; transmitting the communication to a merchant device; and providing a merchant portal with further interactive objects; receiving, a transmission based on the access communication; securely providing the customer information to the merchant device via the merchant portal; receiving merchant criteria entered by the merchant; and automatically: determining a variance between the customer criteria and the merchant criteria; and updating at least one of the merchant or user portal to include at least one of the variance or the merchant criteria.

Abstract: A technology is described for sending notes to user-folders using metadata tags. An example of the technology may include the operations of receiving data messages from a plurality of user devices sent over a messaging network, where the data messages are addressed to a common telephone number that is associated with a note management system, and the data messages contain at least a metadata tag and a note. Identifying a user account associated with a source address of a data message in response to receiving the data message from a user device. Analyzing the data message to identify a metadata tag and a note contained in the data message, where the metadata tag indicates a user-folder to store the note, and storing the note in the user-folder associated with the user account.

The method may also include receiving a request to provide the customer information to a merchant device, transmitting a communication to a merchant management system, the communication including an access code, and providing at least some of the customer information to the merchant device based on the access code received by the merchant device.
