Abstract: A packaging and dispenser device for a composition may include: a casing containing a reserve of composition; a composition-dispenser mechanism including a rotary member, which, when turned in a first direction, is accompanied by the composition being dispensed; and an actuator system configured to turn on the rotary member of the composition dispenser mechanism. The actuator system may include: a first pushbutton configured to turn the rotary member in the first direction; and a second pushbutton configured to turn the rotary member in a second direction, opposite to the first direction. The rotary member being turned in the first direction may be independent of the rotary member being turned in the second direction.
