Abstract: A computing system includes one or more processors and one or more computer-readable storage media communicatively connected to the one or more processors and having instructions stored thereon that, when executed, causes the one or more processors to analyze a plurality of electronic payment transactions from an account associated with a user to identify payments to a merchant on a recurring basis, receive external data associated with the user corresponding to usage of a good or service provided by the merchant, analyze the external data to identify disuse of the good or service, generate a recommended action based on the disuse, present the recommended action on an interactive display on a user device associated with the user, and change a subscription associated with the good or service corresponding to the recommended action.
