These polysaccharides are those which are in the natural state and which are not produced, altered or modified by chemical reactions. The combination of konjac mannan, xanthan gum, pullulan and carrageenan and optionally sclerotium gum produces, within certain concentration ranges, a stable, slightly sticky, neutral smelling, flexible and transparent hydrogel which can be used as a cosmetic product for skin care.
