A first set of informatics data of a first property at a first period of time are analyzed to identify a first operating characteristic associated operating the first property. Operational changes to be implemented at a second property are identified based upon an operational efficiency of the first operating characteristic over a second operating characteristic of the second property. Second sensor data of the second property is used to determine that at least one of the identified operational changes has been implemented.
