Abstract: In various aspects and embodiments, the present disclosure provides methods for making glycosylated products, as well as bacterial cells and uridine diphosphate (UDP)-dependent glycosyltransferase (UGT) enzymes useful for the same. In other aspects and embodiments, the disclosure provides methods for high yield and/or high purity recovery of such glycoside products from microbial cultures or cell free reactions. In various aspects and embodiments, the disclosure provides for whole cell bioconversion processes involving the glycosylation of a desired substrate, and/or the recovery of the glycosylated product at high yield and/or high purity.

Abstract: A nasal mask having a seal housing and a flexible nasal seal connected or connectable to the seal housing to define a mask cavity. The nasal seal extends between a face-contacting side and an outer side. The nasal seal has a contacting surface having an edge that defines a nose-receiving opening into the mask cavity and which is configured to seal about the user's nose. The nasal seal also has an under-nose support fixedly connected into the seal and which is configured to extend within the mask cavity and having a contact surface that is oriented to contact at least a portion of the under-nose surface of the user.

Abstract: The present invention provides a system and method for facilitating a bid transaction over a computerized network using a rewards account balance from any type of cash rewards program. In an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, a participant applies rewards from their rewards account to bid on items in a closed online auction over a computerized network such as the internet. The online auction is open only to participants of a sponsoring or participating cash rewards program and only bids made with accumulated cash rewards are accepted. Further, the present invention provides a system and method for facilitating online management of a rewards account by the participant.
