  • Publication number: 20180312373
Abstract: A deflecting unit for guiding and deflecting the support cable or strap of an elevator system includes a deflecting roller and an axle which is secured to a support and on which the deflecting roller is mounted in a freely rotatable manner. The axle has an axle head that is molded onto the axle and which axially secures the axle on one side. In order to support the axle so as to secure against rotation, a securing element that is made of a quadrangular plate and which is screwed onto the support is provided, the securing element being supported on an anti-rotation portion arranged on the axle head. The securing element has an inner annular fixing region that is connected to the outer holding region by radially running webs designed as predetermined breaking points.

  • Patent number: 10046949
Abstract: A deflection unit for guiding and deflecting the support apparatus of an elevator system includes a deflection roller and an axle which is mounted on a carrier and on which the deflection roller is mounted and is freely rotatable. The axle has an axle head that axially secures the axle on one end. For torsion-free mounting of the axle, a securing member is bolted onto the carrier and supported on an anti-rotation safeguard section arranged on the axle head. A horseshoe-shaped retaining part as a retaining means for axially securing the axle on the carrier is mounted on the axle on the end opposite from the axle head. An annular securing member, which is connected by bolts to the retaining part, is used for securing the retaining part.

  • Patent number: 9580275
Abstract: An elevator system includes a safety device by which a rotation and/or translation of a fixed bearing part of a rotary bearing of a deflection roller, which is associated with a counterweight, can be detected. An alarm signal is generated by the safety device when the position of the bearing part deviates from a predeterminable value.
