  • Publication number: 20210234429
Abstract: A spindle drive for a motorized adjustment of an adjustment element of a motor vehicle includes a tubular or half-shell-like spindle drive housing. An annular or disk-like connection portion is inserted and secured in one end region of the spindle drive housing. The annular or disk-like connection portion is connected via a damping element comprising a resilient damping material to a connection for discharging axial drive movements. The connection portion has a coaxial recess with an inner radially peripheral wall having a radially peripheral groove. The connection with the end region thereof facing the spindle drive housing protrudes axially into the recess of the connection portion and has a radially peripheral flange which protrudes radially into the groove. The damping element is arranged in a gap disposed between the side walls of the groove and the side walls of the flange.

  • Patent number: 10295012
Abstract: A spindle drive for motor-actuated adjustment of an adjusting element includes a tubular spindle drive housing for a drive unit with a downstream spindle-spindle nut gear unit for generating a linear driving motion. A connection part inserted into one end of the drive housing is connected to an exterior socket via a damping arrangement comprising an elastic damping material. The connection part includes first and second flange-like end portions having confrontingly opposed, spaced apart front sides sandwiching the damping arrangement 4 which is connected to the end portion front sides by vulcanization and/or gluing. The socket is carried on the second end portion remote from the damping arrangement 4.

  • Patent number: 9360077
Abstract: A length-adjustable unit includes a tubular outer component, an inner component displaceably guided in the outer component, issues from the outer component and arranged outside of the outer component has a connecting element, and an additional connecting element arranged at the assembly end, opposing the exit end, of the outer component. The additional connecting element, or an intermediate element rigidly connected to the assembly end of the outer component, has at least one annular shoulder extending in the circumferential direction of the outer component over the full 360°, while at least one engaging element is associated with the intermediate element, which is rigidly connected to the assembly end of the outer component, or the additional connecting element, and this engaging element is engaged with the annular shoulder to be slidingly displaceable in the circumferential direction but positively engaged in a longitudinal direction.
