  • Publication number: 20200192934
Abstract: Methods and processes for manufacture of an image product from a digital image. An object in the digital image is detected and recognized. Object metadata is assigned to the object, the object metadata linking sound to the object in the digital image which produced the sound. At least one cryptographic hash of the object metadata is generated, and the hash is written to a node of a transaction processing network.

  • Patent number: 10606888
Abstract: There are disclosed methods and apparatus for manufacture of image inventories from frames of a digital work including audio which corresponds to objects in still images of the digital video work. Objects are detected in each frame's image, and the objects are recognized. Metadata is assigned to the objects, the object metadata linking audio from the digital video work to the corresponding object in the frame's image which produces the audio. For each frame, at least one cryptographic hash of the object metadata is generated, and the hash is written to a node of a transaction processing network.

  • Publication number: 20200065457
Abstract: There are disclosed methods and apparatus to manufacture an inventory of finished physical print products from a base work including one or more images. Print metadata is assigned to each print of an image from the base work, the print metadata including an identification of the base work and a provenance of the base work. For each print, at least one cryptographic hash is generated of the image, the print metadata, and an index value of a security feature embedded into a physical substrate on which the image is printed. The cryptographic hash is then written to a node of a transaction processing network.

  • Patent number: 10565358
Abstract: In an apparatus and method, image metadata is assigned to a master image file including an image from a base work, the image metadata including an identification of the base work and provenance of the base work. Objects in the image are detected and recognized. Object metadata, including recognition of the object, is assigned to the master image file. A cryptographic hash of, altogether, the image, the image metadata, and the object metadata is generated. An image product from the master image file for transfer is generated. A data packet structure is written to a node of a transaction processing network, wherein the data packet structure includes the cryptographic hash, and transferor and transferee identification for a transfer of the image product.

  • Publication number: 20190372773
Abstract: An image product is manufactured from a digital video work by an apparatus and via a process. An object in the digital image work is detected, and the object is recognized. Metadata is assigned to the recognized object. A cryptographic hash of the object metadata is generated via a cryptographic hashing algorithm, and the cryptographic hash is written to a node of a transaction processing network.

  • Patent number: 10467391
Abstract: There are disclosed methods and apparatus for manufacture of image inventories and prints produced and packaged from image inventories in which the physical substrate of the print contains a security feature. A frame slicing and packaging machine assigns metadata to each frame of a digital video work. It then detects objects in each frame's image, recognizes the objects and assigns metadata to the objects. The machine then generates a cryptographic hash of the frame's image. Lastly, the machine writes the hash to a node of a transaction processing network.

  • Patent number: 10325156
Abstract: There are disclosed methods and apparatus for manufacture of prints produced and packaged from image inventories. A physical print production and packaging machine assigns metadata to each physical print of a frame of a digital video work. It takes objects that have been detected, recognized and assigned metadata to the objects by the frame slicing and packaging machine and detects, recognizes and assigns new items of metadata to objects that are unique to the physical print. The print production and packaging machine then generates a cryptographic hash of the physical print's digital file. Lastly, the print production and packaging machine writes the hash to a node of a transaction processing network.

  • Patent number: 10256829
Abstract: There are disclosed methods and apparatus for enhancing the image exposure of image inventories. A frame conversion and packaging machine assigns metadata to each frame of a digital video work. It takes objects that have been detected, recognized and assigned metadata to the objects by the frame slicing and packaging machine and enhances the image exposure and assigns new items of metadata to the enhanced-exposure modified images. The frame conversion and packaging machine then generates a cryptographic hash of the enhanced-exposure modified image's digital file. The frame conversion and packaging machine writes the hash to a node of a transaction processing network. Further, there are disclosed methods and apparatus for conversion of monochromatic image inventories to colored image inventories. A frame color-conversion and packaging machine assigns metadata to each frame of a digital video work.
