  • Patent number: 11923660
Abstract: An optoelectronic semiconductor component is provided that includes a primary light source and a secondary light source. The primary light source and the secondary light source are monolithically integrated in the semiconductor component so that only condensed matter is located between them. The primary light source includes a first resonator containing a semiconductor layer sequence which is electrically pumped during operation. A first resonator axis of the first resonator is oriented parallel to a growth direction (G) of the semiconductor layer sequence. The primary light source is configured to generate pump laser radiation (P). The secondary light source includes a pump medium for generating secondary radiation (S) and the pump medium is optically pumped by the pump laser radiation (P). The first resonator axis points past the pump medium.

  • Patent number: 10953431
Abstract: A coating method is provided, in which at least one emulsion and/or one solution is applied at least to a first partial area of a surface of a component, said emulsion and/or solution containing at least one layer-forming substance, and then the component is heat-treated, wherein at least one second partial area of the first partial area is subsequently exposed to a plasma, wherein the carbon content of the coating decreases to less than about 80% or less than about 75% or less than about 70% or less than about 60% of the initial value prior to the plasma treatment. A workpiece and a method for the production thereof is provided.

  • Publication number: 20170343532
Abstract: A medical device includes a housing that has a front face and a side face. The housing defines a window cavity on the front face and a button cavity in the side face. A display is disposed in the housing. The display is aligned in the housing for viewing through the window cavity. A window covers the display in the window cavity, and the display is at least partially visible through the window. The window extends along the front face to the button cavity in the side face. A button element is received in the button cavity. The button element and the window are separate components. The button element has opposing end edges that align with the end edges of the window where the button element and window meet to provide an impression that the window and the button element are integral with one another.
