  • Patent number: 11326389
Abstract: The aim of the invention is to not use, partially or completely, the inner aluminium profile as a spacer in multi-pane doors of refrigerators whilst retaining the required stability and also to replace all other spacers with transparent glass spacer. The invention also relates to methods for the production thereof. The insulating glass elements for the multiple-pane doors with a transparent edge composite for use in shop fittings, refrigerator construction and special cabinet construction, comprise glass spacers (1) between the base disk (4) and the cover disk (4) in the vertical regions of doors and in the upper horizontal region or in both horizontal regions, aluminum or plastic spacers (2), and EVA film sheets (3) between the base disk (4) and the spacers (1, 2) and between the spacers (1, 2) and the cover disk (4), the EVA film sheets (3) are arranged in the four edge regions overlapping the vertical spacers (2) to the horizontal spacers (1).

  • Publication number: 20200342962
Abstract: Disclosed herein are methods and systems for automatically generating processing rules to be used for automated decision-making when operating instruments to analyze and process biological samples (e.g., for the presence, absence, or concentration of analytes). For example, some automatically generated processing rules may set forth conditions and criteria in which some test results obtained from the biological samples can be automatically validated and sent out, while other test results are flagged for additional review. The processing rules can be generated based on patterns observed with the actions taken for historical test results associated with similar biological samples.

  • Publication number: 20180257908
Abstract: An elevator arrangement has a car displaceable within an elevator shaft between building floors, an elevator control and a fixture located at each floors and connected to the elevator control for an exchange of information. Each fixture includes a sound detector detecting sound propagating within the shaft. The arrangement performs a fixture position learning procedure by determining position information for each fixture based on sound characteristics detected by the sound detector and storing the determined position information for subsequent identification of each of the fixtures. Changes in sound characteristics are detected while the car is displaced through the shaft.

  • Patent number: 7749441
Abstract: An automatic analyzer is disclosed that dispenses a sample and a reagent into each of a plurality of reaction vessels to allow them to react with each other, and that measures the liquid formed as a result of the reaction. This automatic analyzer includes a first reagent storage case for storing the reagent to be used for the reaction, a second reagent storage case for storing the reagent for supplemental purpose, and a reagent conveying unit for conveying the reagent from the second reagent storage case to the first reagent storage case.
