A method for producing a plug-in connector is to be made available that permits an easier modification of the relative angle between the longitudinal axes of the two components in the finished plug-in connector. To this end, the two connection geometries are arranged in a connection plane inclined with respect to the longitudinal axes, such that the relative angle between the longitudinal axes can be modified by rotating the components. After a relative angle has been selected, the two connection geometries are connected by integral bonding.

The annular part has a greater swelling capacity than the tubular part. The tubular part has a first end with first and second outer ribs. The annular part has first and second rims, wherein the diameter of the first rim is smaller than that of the second rim. The second rim is material-bonded to the container opening. The annular part and the tubular part are connected by injection-molding, with the first rim positioned between the outer ribs. The second rib of the tubular part between the first and second rims of the annular part has a circumferential flexible lip welded to the inner side of the annular part. The flexible lip extends toward the second rim of the annular part and covers most of its inner side.

The plug-in coupling includes a sleeve having a plurality of radial openings. Each of the radial openings has a front edge. The sleeve has an inner shoulder disposed on an inner peripheral surface thereof. A cylindrical locking device is received and is axially displaceable within the sleeve. The locking device has at least two axially extending, elastically flexible retaining arms depending from the locking device. A free end of each of the retaining arms is hook-shaped for selectively engaging the retaining rib when the first fluid duct is inserted into the locking device.

    Abstract: A push-fit connector for joining two fluid lines (1, 4), one of which is provided with a retaining rib (2), has a sleeve (5) with radial apertures (12, 13). A latching device (6) which can be inserted into the sleeve (5) has retaining arms each provided with a hook (20) for gripping behind the retaining rib (2) and a radially external inclined surface (21). When the sleeve (5) and latching device (6) move apart, the inclined surfaces (21) are compressed against a front edge of an aperture (12) receiving the hook (20) in an axially displaceable manner, so that the hook (20) stays correspondingly more tightly engaged with the retaining rib (2). When the latching device (6) and the inserted fluid line (1) are pulled apart, a radially internal inclined surface (23) of the hook comes into contact with the retaining rib (2) so that the retaining arms (18) are spread apart and make uncoupling possible.
