  • Patent number: 11009051
Abstract: A valve includes a valve housing (2) for transport of a heatable fluid such as hydraulic oil. The valve housing has at least one utility connection (A, B), at least one pressure supply connection (P), and at least one return connection (T1, T2). A control slide (6) is guided in the valve housing (2) in a longitudinally displaceable manner. In at least one position of the control slide (6), the pressure supply connection (P) is at least partially separated from the utility connection (A, B), and the heatable fluid arrives, proceeding from this pressure supply connection (P) and via a heat-emitting connection in the control slide (6), at the at least one return connection (TI, T2) as a loss volume flow. The loss volume flow serves as a heat source and heats at least regions of the control slide (6).

  • Patent number: 10962031
Abstract: A control device for at least one hydraulic working section (A, B), which can be connected to a pressure supply source (P) and a return flow (T) via a hydraulic supply circuit and to a control valve (34) supplied with a pilot pressure. The device includes an emergency shutdown system (32) having a pilot solenoid valve (16) and an additional valve (14). Both the hydraulic energy flow from the pressure supply source (P) to at least one of the respective working sections (A, B) and the pilot pressure supply to the control valve (34) can be suppressed by the pilot solenoid valve (16) via the additional valve (14).

  • Patent number: 10408363
Abstract: A valve has a control slide (4) guided in a valve housing (6) so as to be longitudinally movable. The control slide selectively connects a plurality of fluid connection points (P, T, A, B) in the valve housing (6) to each other in a fluid-conducting manner or disconnects the fluid connection points from each other, and can be electrically controlled by a stepper motor (2). The control slide (4) can be actuated by an emergency device (34, 52) in the event of a malfunction or failure.

  • Patent number: 10119558
Abstract: A control device, in particular for hydraulically controlling components of mobile working machines, has a pressure supply connection (P) and a tank or return connection (T) in addition to two user connections (A, B). Control and/or regulating valves (10, 14, 16, 18) are connected between the individual connections (P, T, A, B). Two control lines (C, Z) can control at least one of the control and/or regulating valves. A modular-type functional block (24, 26) is connected to at least one of the control lines (C, Z).

  • Patent number: 10024343
Abstract: A connecting apparatus connects to a main component (10) having a plurality of mutually adjacent fluid passage points (P?1, P?2, P?3, P?n . . . P?x). The connecting apparatus has a main body (12) controlling a fluid flow by a valve. A plurality of further fluid passage points (P1, P2, P3, Pn . . . Px) can be connected to each other in a fluid-conducting manner via the functional component (14) with assignable fluid passage points in the main component (10). One shut-off part, which shuts off the respective fluid passage point (P?2, P?3, P?n . . . P?x?1) in the main component (10) and/or in the fluid passage point remains unaffected by the functional component (14). In each case a fluid-conducting connection line (30, 32) is inside the main body (12) between the further fluid passage points (P1, P2, P3, Pn . . . Px) and the functional component (14) and can be shut off by a separate shut-off part, as long as the associated connection to the functional component (14) remains unused.

  • Patent number: 9791065
Abstract: A hydraulic valve device, in particular an LS directional valve, includes a housing (1), with a pressure supply connection (P), at least one utility connection (A, B), and a load-reporting connection, and includes a controller (5) moveable in two directions to at least partly actuate fluid those connections. An adjustable stop device (25, 31, 47, 59) restricts the stroke length of the travel movements of the controller (5) or parts of the stroke length in either direction. The stop device (25, 31, 47, 59) has a stop surface (25) facing in one movement direction and a second stop surface (47) facing in the other movement direction on the same axial end region (19) of a slider piston (5). A counter stop (31, 59) is provided for each stop surface (25, 47). Both counter stops are on the respective same housing end region (11) of the housing (1) in a positionally adjustable manner.
