  • Patent number: 11927220
Abstract: In a method and system for producing a gear unit that includes a housing and a shaft with bearing(s), the housing having lower upper parts, and a bearing seat: the bearing is fitted onto the shaft, the outer ring of the bearing being limited axially by a retainer attached to the shaft; the shaft, bearing, and retainer are inserted into the lower part; the upper part is fitted onto and connected to the lower part, the bearing being received by first and second sub-regions; a shim ring is placed against the outer ring; screws are screwed into axially oriented threaded holes of the housing such that the shim ring is limited by the screw heads of the screws; and the retainer is removed and a bearing cover is connected to the housing and axially limits the shim ring.

  • Patent number: 10288231
Abstract: A light engine for a tube lamp has a substrate defining a longitudinal direction, having at least three conductive traces extending in the longitudinal direction. At least two of the conductive traces are divided into a plurality of trace sections. The light engine further includes a plurality of semiconductor light emitting elements, each light emitting element having two electric terminals and being arranged perpendicular to the longitudinal direction and electrically connected with a first electric terminal to one of the conductive traces and with a second electric terminal to another one of the conductive traces.

  • Patent number: 9287244
Abstract: A semiconductor light-emitting device is disclosed. The device includes a plurality of semiconductor light sources and a driver with no galvanic isolation for operating the semiconductor light sources wherein the semiconductor light sources may be divided into at least two carriers, the carriers are applied on an electrically conductive substrate, and the driver, and current-conducting regions also provided on a surface of the carriers, are electrically insulated from the substrate.
