  • Publication number: 20250086323
Abstract: A method for checking integrity of a neural network during execution, wherein the neural network has a defined structure and weighting factors determined in a training phase, where a systolic array is also used to implement the neural network, when the neural network is executed, a unique test value for each relevant processing element is determined via a series of weighting factors that occur serially in a relevant processing element and are processed by the relevant processing element, a set of unique test values are compared with corresponding reference values, the unique test values are compared with corresponding reference values for the relevant processing element, and if, during the comparison for at least one processing element, a deviation is identified between a unique test value determined during the execution and the corresponding reference value, then the neural network produced during execution is classified as untrusted.

  • Patent number: 12233805
Abstract: A motor vehicle and a method secure a passenger in the motor vehicle in a collision. The motor vehicle has a seat including a seat body, which forms a seat surface, and a backrest connected to the seat body. An inertial force acting on the passenger in a collision is transmitted by a seatbelt arrangement to the backrest in such a manner that the latter pivots forwards relative to the seat body counter to the restoring effect of an elastic and/or plastic deformation of at least part of the backrest. A force which counteracts the pivoting-forwards action is generated by a force generator, and transmitted to the backrest, and/or the maximum pivoting path of the backrest is limited by a limiting device in that, when a predetermined reference acceleration is present, a deviation between a present pivoting path of the backrest and a predetermined reference pivoting path is minimized.

  • Patent number: 9840447
Abstract: The invention relates to a method for extracting hydrocarbon mixtures that have an increased proportion of hydrocarbons of a medium chain length (8 to 16 carbon atoms), or the corresponding pure compounds. Firstly, a starting material is provided that includes at least 50 wt. % unsaturated hydrocarbon compounds having oxygen. The compounds include olefin fragments of the formula —C1CxH2x—CH?CH—CyH2y+1 with at least 14 carbon atoms, carbon atom (C1) being saturated with substituted or unsubstituted heteroatoms and/or hydrogen. In a conversion reactor, this starting material is brought into contact with a porous catalyst based on carbon, in the absence of oxygen, and at a temperature of between 200 and 800° C.; and a product mixture that contains hydrocarbons is produced containing an increased proportion of hydrocarbons with medium chain lengths. Finally, the product mixture including hydrocarbons is collected and fed to a separating device in which a product separation is carried out.

  • Patent number: 8686210
Abstract: A process for obtaining gaseous hydrocarbons from a starting material which contains oxygen-containing hydrocarbons. The process includes providing the starting material and contacting the starting material with a porous catalyst at a temperature of 300-850° C. in the absence of oxygen in a converting reactor so as to form a hydrocarbon-containing product gas mixture in which a proportion by weight of gaseous hydrocarbons is greater than a proportion by weight of liquid hydrocarbons in the gas mixture. Additionally, the process includes collecting a hydrocarbon-containing product gas stream of the hydrocarbon-containing product gas mixture and introducing the product gas stream into a separation apparatus in which product fractionation is carried out.

  • Publication number: 20110237854
Abstract: The invention relates to a method for extracting gaseous hydrocarbons, in particular liquid gas and/or a gas mixture resembling natural gas or one or more components contained in liquid gas or in the gas mixture resembling natural gas. The starting material used contains oxygen-containing hydrocarbons. The method comprises the following steps: providing the starting material—contacting the starting material with a porous catalyst in the absence of oxygen at a temperature of 300-850° C. in a converting reactor, resulting in a hydrocarbon-containing product gas mixture, in which the proportion by weight of the gaseous hydrocarbons is greater than that of the liquid hydrocarbons, —collecting the hydrocarbon-containing product gas stream and supplying the product gas stream to a separating device, where product separation is performed.
