  • Patent number: 10626996
Abstract: An electromagnetic valve, in particular for a motor vehicle air spring system, has a valve closing body which, in its basic position, shuts off a valve outlet and, for this purpose, is pressed against a valve seat by a restoring spring. To assist the opening process, a valve spring is also provided. The valve spring is supported at one side on a valve seat body and at the other side on a spring pot, which is arranged on the valve closing body. Preferably, a tubular section of the spring pot bears, non-displaceably in a lateral direction, directly against the valve closing body. An elastic sealing element may either be arranged on the end side of the valve closing body, or held laterally by a section, which forms an enclosure, of the spring pot.

  • Patent number: 8714519
Abstract: Disclosed is a solenoid valve, the valve housing of which has a thick-walled tubular body (4) for fastening in a valve receiving bore (11), which thick-walled tubular body (4) is connected to thin-walled sleeve (1). The thin-walled sleeve (1) has a radially circumferential collar (2) which makes contact with an inner shoulder (3) in the tubular body (4), and for the tubular body (4) to have a recess (5) at a radial spacing from the inner shoulder (3) The radial spacing is selected in such a way that a plastically deformable banded collar (6) remains between the inner shoulder (3) and the recess (5) on the tubular body (4). As a result, a frictional, tight connection of the tubular body (4) with the sleeve (1) is possible.

  • Patent number: 8641153
Abstract: A valve assembly, which houses a valve closing member that co-operates with an armature to connect or separate pressure medium channels in a valve housing, the member being directed towards a valve seat which is situated on a valve seat body fixed in the valve housing. The valve assembly includes a solenoid for actuating the armature which is pushed onto a non-magnetisable sleeve section of the valve housing and a magnetic core that is diametrically opposed to the armature in the valve housing. Various valve functions can be achieved by using identical valve components in a modular manner.

  • Patent number: 8505873
Abstract: A pressure regulating valve having a compression spring fixed in a valve housing for positioning a valve plunger connected to a magnetic armature in the position above a valve seat and not electromagnetically excited, in order to create a connection between at least two pressure medium channels opening into the valve housing, and having a further compression spring disposed coaxially to the first compression spring in the valve housing, having the characteristic that the first compression spring is designed as a control spring forming a stroke and force-specific spring drive by adjusting the spring rates of both compression springs to the force/distance curve of an electromagnet by varying the current in an exciter coil, wherein the further compression spring is designed as a variably adjustable spring acting opposite to the control spring.

  • Patent number: 8132590
Abstract: A valve assembly with at least one transverse channel in a substantially tubular valve housing, the assembly including a valve closing member that is positioned in the valve housing and that co-operates with a valve seat situated on a hollow cylindrical valve seat body that is fixed in the valve housing, the valve seat body being attached to one end of the valve housing. To simplify the production process, the transverse channel is formed by a longitudinal slot which extends in some sections of the valve housing from a starting point at the end of said housing in the longitudinal direction of the latter.
