  • Patent number: 9297689
Abstract: A parallel-guiding mechanism (120) has a movable parallel leg (121), a stationary parallel leg (122), a first parallel-guiding member (123) and a second parallel-guiding member (124). The parallel legs and the parallel-guiding members are connected to each other by flexure pivots, in the form of narrow material connections. There is at least one adjustment zone (135). An adjustment flexure fulcrum (136) is arranged between a flexure pivot (131) and a parallel leg. The adjustment zone is connected to the first lever end (138) of an adjustment lever (137). The adjustment flexure fulcrum forms the lever fulcrum (146) of the adjustment lever, which has an elastic domain with a section modulus that is smaller than a section modulus of the adjustment flexure fulcrum.

  • Patent number: 9116031
Abstract: A weighing cell based on the principle of electromagnetic force compensation and having an optoelectronic position sensor that includes a light source, a light receiver, and a shutter vane. The light receiver functions to generate a position sensor signal corresponding to a deflection of the shutter vane from a zero position which occurs as a result of placing a load onto a load receiver of the weighing cell. A controller functions to regulate compensation current in response to the position sensor signal in such a way that the shutter vane and the movable parts of the weighing cell connected to the shutter vane are returned to the zero position by the electromagnetic force between a coil and permanent magnet system of the weighing cell.

  • Patent number: 9086315
Abstract: A weighing cell based on the principle of electromagnetic force compensation. A permanent magnet system is mounted on a base part and includes an air gap within which is suspended a coil that is connected to a load receiver through a force-transmitting mechanism. The coil carries an electrical compensation current when the weighing cell is in operation. An optoelectronic position sensor is also included, and its signal corresponds to the deflection of the coil from a zero position which occurs as a result of placing a load on the load receiver. A closed-loop controller regulates the compensation current in response to the sensor signal in such a way that the coil and the load receiver that is connected to it are returned to their zero position by the electromagnetic force that is acting between the coil and the permanent magnet.

  • Patent number: 5692589
Abstract: In order to drive a shaft selectively in two opposite directions of rotation by means of a pivoting handle, use is made of a mechanism including an internally toothed ring which drives the shaft, a guide arranged diametrically inside the ring and mounted so that it can rotate, with friction, about the axis of pivoting of the handle, and a follower arranged with play inside the ring and driven by the handle with radial play and angular play. The follower exhibits two sets of toothing close to the ends of the guide for meshing with the internal toothing of the ring when the handle moves away from a neutral position, these sets of toothing being prevented from meshing with the internal toothing through interaction between reliefs of the follower and a slideway when the handle returns towards its neutral position.
