    Abstract: Athletic shoe comprised of a sole (1) to which is attached a vamp (2), of which the upper anterior portion contains a slit (3) associated with a system (6) for tightening the shoe and covered with a closing flap (7). A yoke (11) fastened to the sole extends inside the vamp to the slit (3) and is secured by its upper border (16) to the system for tightening the shoe (6) in such a way that it is brought into contact with the edge (4) of the above-mentioned slit.
