  • Publication number: 20070274772
Abstract: This coupling element (A) is able to have, pushed into it along a longitudinal axis (X-X?), a second element (B). The element (A) comprises two superposed coaxial rings, namely a locking ring (2) and a safety ring (4) which are mounted with the possibility of rotating about a body (1) of the element (A). The locking ring (2) is axially immobilized with respect to the body (1) while the safety ring (4) is able to slide with respect to the locking ring (2) and with respect to the body (1). The locking ring (2) is equipped with at least one locking slot (23) intended to accept a radially projecting part (51) of a second element (B) pushed into the element (A), a notch (23B) being able to lock this part (51) axially with respect to the element (A). Furthermore, the safety ring (4) is equipped with at least one safety slot (43) a notch (43B) of which is able to lock the part (51) circumferentially in the notch (23B).

  • Patent number: 7275563
Abstract: A connection for flow of a fluid, comprising first and second bodies, female and male connection elements that are respectively pivoted on the first and second bodies and hollow and complementary such that the male connection element may be seated within the female connection element, and wherein an angle of pivoting of each of the male and female elements is limited relative to a median position thereof.

  • Patent number: 7048020
Abstract: The device according to the invention comprises a connector on-board the vehicle, connected to the fuel tank via a pouring conduit and provided with a closure valve, and a filling element adapted to be connected to this connector. The filling element is provided with at least one member for detecting the abutment of the filling element on a fixed part of the connector, this member being adapted to control the displacement of a hook for locking the aforementioned element on the connector, between a first position where the hook is disengaged with respect to the connector and a second position where the hook is in engagement on the connector.

  • Publication number: 20060082148
Abstract: The coupling (1) is for coupling a hose (T) to a mold (M). Its male portion has a male plug (6) for insertion into a female portion (2) of the quick coupling and for being locked therein by balls (11). A locking ring (10) for driving the balls (11) is movable relative to the male plug (6) between a first position in which the balls (11) can be retracted radially inside the locking ring (10), and a second position in which the balls (11) are constrained to project laterally from the locking ring (10). The male plug (6) carries a visual indicator (13) which is at least partially uncovered when said locking ring (10) is in its second position, and that is masked by said locking ring (10) when said locking ring (10) is in its first position.

  • Publication number: 20050164538
Abstract: The connection according to the invention comprises two connection elements, male and female, which are hollow and complementary. The female connection element and the male connection element are respectively pivoted on a first body and on a second body. The connection comprises means for returning each of the male and female elements towards a median position and/or for limiting the angle of pivoting of each of the male and female elements from this median position. The invention is particularly applicable in the domain of under-water connections.
