Abstract: A switchgear device comprising a main unit supporting an operating mechanism and at least a first auxiliary unit. The units respectively comprise a rotary bar coupled with a mobile contact bridge guided in rotation around an axis of rotation. Two stationary contacts collaborate with said mobile contact bridge. The operating mechanism commands at least one drive rod, angular movement of which results in that of the mobile contact bridges between an open position and a closed position. Compensation means comprise a stop against which the drive rod presses in the closed position so as to limit movement of said rod at the level of the first unit, and to apply a rotational torque to said rod to keep it parallel to the axis.

Abstract: A voltage surge protection device comprising a disconnection device with electric contacts said disconnection device comprising a first connecting electrode electrically connected with a first connecting strip, a second connecting electrode electrically connected with a second connecting strip, and a third switching electrode electrically connected to the second connecting strip. The protection device comprises a surge arrestor connected in series with a thermal disconnector between the third movable arc switching electrode and the second connecting strip. Said thermal disconnector comprises at least one fuse element extending between a first and second conducting radial wall of an arc extinguishing chamber, said arc extinguishing chamber comprising at least one conducting separator.

Abstract: A circuit breaker is equipped with a motorized control acting on an operating member oscillating between a loaded position and a closed position, passing via a closing dead point position. When the unit is open or reset by means of the motorized control, the operating member is moved to an indexed position close to the closing dead point position, so as to minimize the closing time. The circuit breaker also has an opening dead point position. To minimize the opening-closing cycle time, the motor drives the operating member from the closed position to an indexed turning position situated between the opening dead point position and the loaded position, before changing direction.

Abstract: The invention relates to a self-baring connector for a flat cable. This connector comprises a base and a cover fitted onto this base. The base comprises grooves separated by longitudinal bosses and the cover is equipped with grooves separated by longitudinal ribs to house wires of an electrical cable. The cover in addition bears, in recesses arranged in the grooves, connecting grips arranged to perform electrical coupling by perforation of the self-baring type of the insulator surrounding the conductor of the wire. This connector is suitable for a flat cable with several electrical wires and enables an electrical connection to be made at any point of this cable.
