  • Publication number: 20250232918
Abstract: A DC link capacitor module includes at least one capacitor cell having a capacitor element, a housing forming a cup, the at least one capacitor cell being at least partially pushed into the cup. A fluidtight cover includes an end wall and a peripheral wall, and covers the capacitor element. A protective resin is poured into the cup, wherein a first part of the at least one capacitor cell is immersed in the protective resin over a first height and a second part of the at least one capacitor cell, distinct from the first part, is out of the protective resin over a second height. The peripheral wall includes an uninterrupted end zone that is immersed in the protective resin over a third height so that the second part of the at least one capacitor cell is protected in a fluidtight manner by the fluidtight cover.

  • Patent number: 12260993
Abstract: A DC link capacitor (8) comprises a capacitor housing, a plurality of capacitor cells (1), each comprising a film capacitor element (2) with a wound metallized film and two contact terminals (3a, 3b) connected to the metallized plastic film. The plurality of capacitor cells (1) are arranged in the capacitor housing (4) and are sealed therein by means of a sealing material (7). The contact terminals (3a, 3b) are electrically isolated from each other and protrude separately out of the sealing material (7), in order to be connected by means of bus bars.

  • Publication number: 20220415557
Abstract: The invention concerns a magnetic core device (1) to be used in a power converter (100), comprising at least one fixation leg (7), and a body (51) comprising a magnetic core (3). The at least one fixation leg (7) extends from the body (51), and is configured to firmly fixate the magnetic core device (1) to a target component (110) such as a housing (110) of the power converter (100). The at least one fixation leg (7) and the body (51) are integrally formed as one-piece.

  • Publication number: 20160363466
Abstract: Method for securing a sensor (1) to a support (2), the support (2) comprising a receiving zone (16) for the sensor (1) and a crimping zone (17), the sensor (1) comprising a housing (20) provided with a projecting zone (25), wherein, in said method:—the sensor (1) is moved next to the receiving zone (16) of the support (2) and brought into contact with all or part thereof, and—all or part of the crimping zone (17) is deformed such that said portion(s) of the crimping zone (17) that is/are deformed in this way press(es) against all or part of the projection zone (25) so as to keep the sensor (1) in position with respect to the support (2).
