  • Publication number: 20240141050
Abstract: Described herein are treatments and preventions for prurigo nodularis (PN), antibodies and pharmaceutical compositions for use in the treatment or prevention of PN, and uses of an anti-IL-31RA antibody (e.g., nemolizumab) in the manufacture of a medicament for the treatment or prevention of PN. Also described herein are biomarkers of PN and methods of altering or improving these biomarkers via treatments with an antibody that binds to IL-31RA (e.g., nemolizumab).

  • Patent number: 9731623
Abstract: A liquid cooling circuit for a storage battery, with which a motor vehicle of the electric or hybrid type is equipped includes a main loop for the circulation of a heat transfer fluid, the main loop is connected to elements for cooling the storage battery, and a first bypass connects the main loop to an air cooling radiator, and a second bypass connecting the main loop to a heat exchanger intended to be connected to an air conditioning system with which the motor vehicle is equipped, so as to cool the heat transfer fluid by means of the radiator and/or the heat exchanger of the air conditioning system. The main loop is connected to the first bypass by way of a first progressive three-way valve, and the main loop is connected to the second bypass by way of a second progressive three-way valve.

  • Patent number: 9459030
Abstract: A device for expanding a refrigerant fluid has a first inlet and a first outlet which are connected by a first refrigerant circulation duct. The first refrigerant circulation duct has an upstream part and a downstream part which parts are placed in communication by a first communication passage. The device also has a second inlet and a second outlet which are connected by a second refrigerant circulation duct. The device regulates an expansion of the refrigerant fluid and has a first needle valve housed inside the upstream part of the first refrigerant flow duct connected by a first connecting rod to a thermostatic sensor in communication with the second refrigerant flow duct that allows or prevents refrigerant fluid from circulating through the first communicating passage. The device also measures the pressure of the refrigerant fluid entering the evaporator (Pse) which pressure measurement is taken at the first outlet.

  • Patent number: 5120277
Abstract: A tensioner for a power transmission belt is disclosed comprising a return spring associated mechanically with a tensioner roller with which the belt cooperates for controlling the movement of said roller under the action of said spring, wherein the vibrations likely to arise in the belt are damped by a rubber sheath integral with said spring for forming a chamber closed at its ends by seals, one at least of which has a nozzle for the inlet and/or outlet of air into and/or out of the chamber defined by said sheath and said seals.
