  • Publication number: 20230314527
Abstract: A computer-implemented method for the machine learning of a model for classifying batteries into two categories: functional or defective, the method comprising the following steps: acquiring, on a set of batteries of the same type, a group of measurements characteristic of the operation of a battery, carrying out complete cycling of each battery of the set and measuring at least one curve from among a charge curve or a discharge curve of the battery, determining, for each battery, a label of belonging to the functional or defective category by comparing at least one measured curve with a reference curve characterizing the correct operation of the battery, and carrying out supervised training of a model for classifying a battery according to the two categories based on the groups of measurements and on the label of belonging to one of the two categories.

  • Patent number: 11362314
Abstract: An electrode, in particular for micro-batteries, produced in a plurality of layers with intermediate steps of masking a first layer leaving some parts of the latter exposed in order next to produce a removal of material eliminating defects. After removal of the masking layer, the second layer can be formed. Other layers can then follow in the same way.

  • Patent number: 9887432
Abstract: A thin layer lithium-ion type battery comprising, on a substrate (20, 30), a cathode current collector layer (22, 36) and an active portion constituted by a stack of a cathode layer (23, 35) made of material suitable for inserting lithium ions, an electrolyte layer (24, 34), and an anode layer (25, 33), wherein the cathode layer presents, across its thickness, porosity that varies between its interface with the cathode current collector layer and its interface with the electrolyte layer, the variation in the porosity being non-zero so as to improve cohesion at both interfaces.
