    Abstract: A method, apparatus and computer program product are provided for assessing the overall performance of a pharmacy, or similar institution or entity, based on its current implementation of various performance measures. The method, apparatus and computer program product may further provide recommendations for performance measures on which to focus based on the current level of implementation, projected performance impact and feasibility of those performance measures. A method and apparatus are similarly provided for enabling a pharmacy, or similar institution or entity, to compare the pharmacy to other pharmacies based on user-defined parameters.
