  • Publication number: 20240168777
Abstract: In the course of booking a vehicle rental on behalf of the claimant, a claim associate needs to submit a variety of information to multiple private hosted service APIs and public hosted service APIs. Conventionally, the claim associate must request, transcribe, and manually input this information on a client computing system during telephonic services, resulting in substantial silences over the phone call decreasing quality of the claimant's service experience. A multi-API interface is provided, which configures the client computing system to anticipate information which the claim associate will need, based on a type of claimant, to send to multiple APIs, assemble this information from a variety of data records, and present this information to the claim associate, using persistent interface elements and flow control elements allowing the claim associate to review and select information to send to multiple APIs with minimal interruption in the service flow of telephonic services.

  • Patent number: 11989504
Abstract: Disclosed is a platform that manages worker users in a temporary staffing environment via an artificial machine learning model. The temporary staffing platform matches available workers to available shifts/gigs. Additional features include generating provisional or near-miss matches and informing workers how to turn those near-misses into full matches, plotting a gig-career path to develop additional skills, gamify development, and automatically generate resumes. The platform generates a set of skill tags associated with each shift/gig performed by the user. Designing of resume text files by the artificial machine learning model includes procedurally generated descriptions of experience the a user has based on the recording of each shift/gig performed by the user and the skill tags associated with each recorded shift/gig, wherein a format of the resume text file is formulated by the artificial machine learning model evaluating a mix of skill tags and employers amassed by the user.

  • Publication number: 20240156085
Abstract: Disclosed is an antimicrobial coating and antimicrobial laminate that can be used on surfaces to prevent the spread of bacteria and viruses. Spray-on techniques can be used with antimicrobial agents mixed with an air-drying antimicrobial coating and a heated liquid plastic antimicrobial coating. Efficacy of the antimicrobial coating can be monitored by detecting changes in texture, color, opaqueness, fluorescence, and other techniques. Soft plastics and acrylics can be used to suspend the antimicrobial agents to provide better efficacy in the release of antimicrobial agents over time.

  • Patent number: 11985102
Abstract: A message suggestion service may use clusters of pre-approved messages to improve the quality of messages suggested to users. During a conversation, messages of the conversation may be processed with a neural network to compute a conversation encoding vector. The neural network may also be used to compute pre-approved message encoding vectors of the pre-approved messages. Distances between the conversation encoding vector and the pre-approved message encoding vectors may be used to select one or more clusters. Distances between the conversation encoding vector and the pre-approved message encoding vectors may then be used to select one or more pre-approved messages from the selected clusters. The selected pre-approved messages may then be presented as suggested messages to a user.

  • Publication number: 20240145439
Abstract: Light-emitting devices including solid-state light-emitting devices, light-emitting diode (LED) devices, and LED packages with support elements for improved near-field and far-field emissions are disclosed. LED chips may be mounted to support elements in a manner that directs light through the support elements in desired emission directions. Support elements include optical structures that spread and mix light laterally within the support element. Optical structures include interior mixing chambers bounded by light-altering layers, such as light-diffusing layers or light-reflective layers, that effectively increase internal reflections within the mixing chambers for lateral spreading of light. • Publication number: 20240145652
Optical structures include various light-altering layers, such as light-diffusing layers or light-reflective layers, that are arranged to effectively increase internal reflections for lateral spreading of light. Patterned arrangements of light-altering layers include portions that mask direct emissions for LED chips, thereby redistributing emissions laterally to increase near-field and/or far-field uniformity across an increased portion of emitting surfaces.

  • Publication number: 20240145099
Abstract: A respiratory disease analytics system provides respiratory disease risk reports to a patient, provider, or third-party entity describing a patient's risk of experiencing a medication usage event given data in a geographic region. Regional data, including air pollutant conditions, weather conditions, demographic information, built environment factors, and regional health conditions for a geographic region are accessed from other sources and assigned based on event data recorded during a medicament usage event, as collected by sensors associated with the patient's medicament device/s. The regional data is assigned to medicament usage events occurring within a period of time. The assigned regional data is analyzed to determine an expected number of medication usage events for the geographic region occurring over the period of time.
