Publication number: 20220205995Abstract: Methods and devices for enriching a target biomarker from a bodily fluid of a subject are provided. A risk profile for the subject is used to predict that a target biomarker is present in the bodily fluid. The bodily fluid is contacted with a set of immuno-affinity inserts coated with affinity molecules specific for the target biomarker under conditions for the affinity molecules to bind the target biomarker. The affinity molecules bound to the target biomarker are separated from the bodily fluid.Type: ApplicationFiled: April 24, 2020Publication date: June 30, 2022Inventors: Sean KELLY, Christopher A. Patent number: 9453709Abstract: A gun sight mounting system for easily and reliably adjusting a sight with respect to a gun barrel. The system has a rail with a first post, and a base with a second post and a window. The first post extends through the window. The rail is adjustably connected to the base. A wheel is provided with a groove for engaging the first post and a hole for engaging the second post. The groove has a spiral or eccentric or cam-like radius such that when the wheel is rotated, the engagement between the first post and the groove causes the relationship between the rail and the base to be adjusted. A measurement system is indicated on the wheel, or on at least one spool that can be mounted to the wheel. At least one tape can be attached to the spool, and can include a measurement system.Type: GrantFiled: October 23, 2013Date of Patent: September 27, 2016Inventors: Harold M. Hamm, Brian H. Patent number: 7475485Abstract: The archery bow yardage tape apparatus comprises one or more set-up tapes, selectively incremented to correspond to the distance between adjacent marks. A plurality of distance yardage tapes are selectively incremented and color coded for ease of identification. A conversion chart is used to identify the distance yardage tape by marking the set-up tape at two selective distances, such as twenty yards and sixty yards, and subtracting the smaller marking from the larger marking, to determine the setting on the conversion chart. The setting on the conversion chart corresponds to the number on the distance yardage tape, which is positioned over the set-up tape on the bow yardage tape apparatus. The distance yardage tape then identifies the elevation required to reach a target at any specified distance from the target.Type: GrantFiled: November 16, 2007Date of Patent: January 13, 2009Inventors: Harold M. Hamm, Brian H Hamm, Christopher A. Hamm

Publication number: 20080104854Abstract: Rotation of the cylindrical handle rotates the geared sprocket which biases the linear slide member, which selectively raises and lowers the cylindrical bow sight housing. A locking knob releasably secures the cylindrical handle during rough handling. The cylindrical bow sight includes a circular ring on the front face of the circular bow sight housing, and a bubble level provides a level indication. A fiber optic sight is centered in the bow sight housing in optical communication with a fiber optic band to improve the visibility of the bow sight in low light conditions. A sliding keyway and adjustment screw adjusts the cylindrical bow sight elevation. Indicia on the cylindrical handle provides alignment data responsive to the position of the cylindrical bow sight in relation to the distance to a remote target.Type: ApplicationFiled: November 7, 2006Publication date: May 8, 2008Inventors: Harold M. Hamm, Christopher A. Hamm, Brian H. Hamm

Patent number: 5975069Abstract: An archery bow sight apparatus comprising a mounting frame member having a linear slot and an arcuate slot. A linear slide member has first and second guide bushings which are slidably received in the linear slot. A cam bushing located on an articulated cam member is slidably received in a cam slot on the linear slide member. The articulated cam member is pivotally secured to the mounting frame member, and the articulate cam member extends past the arcuate slot. A tensioning member slidably secures the arcuate cam member to the arcuate slot. A sighting member is secured to the linear slide member, and the sighting member includes an elongated sighting aperture having a fiber optic member positioned therein. Indicia is positioned on the mounting frame member, and an indicator extends from the articulated cam member, to provide alignment data responsive to the position of the bow in relation to the distance to the target.Type: GrantFiled: April 29, 1997Date of Patent: November 2, 1999Inventors: Harold M Hamm, Christopher A Hamm, Brian H.
