  • Publication number: 20250054306
Abstract: Aspects of the disclosure are directed to methods and systems for short form previews of long form media items. A server can provide, to an artificial intelligence (AI) model, a long form media item to be shared with users. The server can receive, from the AI model, one or more frames that are predicted to contain content that is of interest to the users. The server can extract a segment of the long form media item that corresponds to the one or more frames, where the extracted segment corresponds to a short form media item preview. The short form media item preview can be provided for presentation to the users.

  • Publication number: 20250025336
Abstract: A device configured to guide creation of an incision in a sclera of an eye including an elongate handle and a footplate having a plurality of struts defining a central opening extending between an upper surface and a lower surface of the footplate. A first strut of the plurality of struts has a proximal-facing blade guide surface that is straight and extends between two lateral struts of the plurality of struts. A second strut of the plurality of struts has a proximal-facing limbal guide surface that is curved. The blade guide surface is separated a distance from the limbal guide surface to identify a target location for creating an incision relative to a limbus of the eye. The blade guide surface has a length between the two lateral struts that limits a length of the incision that can be created using a cutting blade inserted through the central opening.

  • Patent number: 11790280
Abstract: The invention provides methods for computing with chemicals by encoding digital data into a plurality of chemicals to obtain a dataset; translating the dataset into a chemical form; reading the data set; querying the dataset by performing an operation to obtain a perceptron; and analyzing the perceptron for identifying chemical structure and/or concentration of at least one of the chemicals, thereby developing a chemical computational language. The invention demonstrates a workflow for representing abstract data in synthetic metabolomes. Also presented are several demonstrations of kilobyte-scale image data sets stored in synthetic metabolomes, recovered at >99% accuracy.

  • Publication number: 20230225695
Abstract: Audio signals, collected with equipment commonly available to individuals (e.g., a mobile device), can be used to analyze a patient’s breathing. An audio signal associated with the patient’s breathing for a time period can be detected with the mobile device and used to approximate the patient’s respiratory flow for the time period. For example, the audio signal can be analyzed by determining a representation of an audio frequency of the audio signal, splitting the audio frequency of the audio signal into distinct time steps, determining points comprising a weighted mean frequency at each time step, applying a frequency-to-flow rate linear transformation at each time step to approximate the respiratory flow versus time, and plotting a graphical representation of the respiratory flow versus time. The respiratory flow for the time period can be tagged with a factor related to the patient and saved in a database for future analysis.
