Abstract: A system and method for continuous batch monitoring of key quality characteristics of the production of precisely targeted FAC, optimally HOCl, through use of pressure, temperature, pH, ORP, tonicity sensors and spectroscopy instruments measuring the dynamic averages of product in a circulating vessel that informs the input production system through a dynamic feedback loop to make corrective formulations of key characteristics such that corrections occur to the constantly monitored HOCl solution in order to meet verified quality standard at the storage vessel's point of dispensing.

Abstract: A removable rail for mounting over an AK iron sight assembly of an AK type rifle includes a pair of brackets that fit outer side surfaces of an AK iron sight assembly. At least one pressure clamp is disposed on a side of at least one bracket of the pair of brackets. When the pressure clamp is in an open position, the pair of brackets can be slid over the AK iron sight assembly for mounting or for removal. When the pressure clamp is in a closed position, the pair of brackets are held in a non-moving engagement with the outer side surfaces of the AK iron sight assembly. A fixed AK rail, another type of AK rail, and a method for adding a small arms accessory rail system to an AK rifle by mounting a rail over an AK iron sight assembly are also described.

A fixed AK rail, another type of AK rail, and a method for adding a small arms accessory rail system to an AK rifle by mounting a rail over an AK iron sight assembly are also described.

Abstract: An adapter tip for cleaning an area around a gas tube entrance into the upper receiver of an AR rifle uses an AR charging handle of the AR rifle as an insertion handle for the adapter tip. The adapter tip includes an adapter tip body having a first leg and a second leg extending at an angle from the first leg. The first leg has a notch in a first leg interior surface shaped to accept a forward angled section of an AR charging handle. A forward extension portion of the adapter tip has a first extension end and a second extension end. One or more forward posts are mechanically coupled to and extend forward from the second extension end of the forward extension portion. A method to clean an area around a gas tube entrance into an upper receiver of an AR rifle is also described.

Abstract: A unified bolt and bolt carrier cleaning tool comprising a cylindrical body having a bolt scraper arrangement formed at a first end and a bolt carrier scraper arrangement formed at an opposite end. The bolt scraper arrangement includes a well having two scraper blades shaped to conform to the outer surfaces of the bolt face of a bolt assembly of a weapon. The bolt carrier scraper arrangement includes three longitudinal scraper blades formed in the outer surface and end of the body, the blades being shaped to conform to an inner surface of a bolt-receiving chamber of the bolt carrier. Preferably the tool further comprises a first transverse bore threaded for receiving an auxiliary cleaning tool. Preferably, the tool further comprises a second transverse bore and associated circular recess having scraper blades for cleaning the surfaces of a firing pin extracted from the bolt.
