  • Publication number: 20240148504
Abstract: A catheter device for implanting a medical implant such as a prosthetic heart valve has a handle configured to control/steer multiple sheaths of the catheter device. A handle includes a grip portion, a rotatable deployment knob and a traveler. An outer sheath is connected to the traveler and the deployment knob is operatively connected to the traveler such that the traveler and thereby the outer sheath are moved along the longitudinal axis with respect to the inner sheath. The handle includes a rotatable axial positioning knob and a rotatable deflection knob. The deployment knob is arranged proximally to the axial positioning knob.

  • Patent number: 11407977
Abstract: Inventive concepts relate generally to nanofibrous scaffolds useful for electrophysiological assays. Scaffolds include polymeric nanofibrous components and electrically excitable cells immobilized at a distinct cell seeding domains on the scaffold. Methods and kits including the scaffolds are also described.

  • Patent number: 10651160
Abstract: A package that includes a substrate comprising an interposer interconnect and a cavity, a redistribution portion coupled to the substrate, the redistribution comprising a plurality of redistribution interconnects, and a first die coupled to the redistribution portion through the cavity of the substrate. A substantial region between a side surface of the first die and the substrate is free of an encapsulation layer. In some implementations, the substrate is free of a metal ring that surrounds the first die. In some implementations, the redistribution portion comprises a barrier layer and a first interconnect coupled to the barrier layer. The barrier layer is coupled to the interposer interconnect.

  • Publication number: 20070152024
Abstract: According to some embodiments, a method, apparatus, and system are provided. In some embodiments, the method includes providing solder resist material on a surface of a substrate, applying mask material on top of the solder resist material, reflowing solder located in an opening formed through both the solder resist material and the mask material, and removing the mask material after the reflowing of the solder.

  • Publication number: 20070056620
Abstract: A method and apparatus for providing power to a thin film thermoelectric cooling (TFTEC) device disposed between a heat generating device, such as a semiconductor device, and a cooling device, such as an integrated heat spreader. An electrically conductive pathway may be electrically coupled at one end to the TFTEC and also to an electrically conductive feature on the surface of a substrate at the other end. The electrically conductive pathway itself may be routed and retained in close proximity to the cooling device between the TFTEC and the substrate.
