  • Patent number: 11823864
Abstract: One or more embodiments of the present disclosure are directed toward improved methods of fabricating a semiconductor device utilizing multi-level electron beam lithography (e-beam lithography), an alignment marker for multi-level e-beam lithography, and a semiconductor device including the alignment marker. A method of fabricating a semiconductor device may include: forming an alignment marker in a substrate, the alignment marker including tantalum; determining, utilizing a backscatter electron detector of an electron beam lithography tool, a location of an edge of the alignment marker based on an atomic number contrast between the alignment marker and the substrate; and forming, utilizing the electron beam lithography tool, at least one transistor in the substrate based on the location of the edge of the alignment marker.

  • Patent number: 10637215
Abstract: Enclosures for electrical distribution systems include a height adjuster enclosure that provides connector buses and bus lines that rise from bus lines in a main terminal enclosure to connect to another enclosure such as a meter stack enclosure through the bus lines in the height adjuster enclosure. The bus lines in the height adjuster enclosure can include a three-phase bus having three vertical line conductor buses and a vertical neutral conductor bus that can be coupled to a feeder bus in the main terminal enclosure and a feeder bus in the meter stack enclosure.

  • Patent number: 10610728
Abstract: Devices and methods for targeting and isolating specific regions of the gluteus muscle groups use a resistive band extending over an exerciser's pelvis region while performing gluteus bridge exercises. By adjusting the position of his or her body on the exercise board, an exerciser may precisely target and tone specific regions of the gluteus muscle group. Additional anchor points and cables may be used to perform many additional exercises with the exercise system.

  • Publication number: 20060041830
Abstract: A method and apparatus for gathering, organizing and disseminating web-based content to others, optionally with the association and display of dynamic metadata. The invention enables the operator to select the URL addresses of data accessible via the internet and group them together into a collection that is stored in a database on a central server that can then be disseminated to others via hyperlink. Metadata such as messages are stored on the central server and can been associated with each member of the collection and can be updated dynamically by the recipients. The hyperlink launches a web browser that retrieves the URL collection and metadata from the server and presents it to the recipient in a navigable apparatus. The invention enables digital media performances to be a nexus for associating and accessing the hyperlinks to launch said collections and for associating additional metadata.
