  • Publication number: 20250352396
Abstract: A dressing configured to be positioned adjacent to a tissue site can include a cover, a tissue interface, a dressing interface, and a sensing conduit. The dressing interface can be configured to be coupled to the cover and can include a housing, a fluid pathway, and a sensing pathway. The fluid pathway can extend internally through the housing between a fluid inlet cavity and a fluid outlet port. The sensing pathway can extend internally through the housing between a sensing inlet port and a sensing outlet port with the sensing pathway being fluidly isolated from the fluid pathway. The sensing conduit can be configured to be coupled between the sensing inlet port and a tissue contact surface of the tissue interface. Also disclosed are systems, apparatuses, and methods suitable for use with various example dressings.

  • Publication number: 20250186675
Abstract: A system for treating a tissue site with negative-pressure therapy includes a dressing configured to be placed adjacent to the tissue site. The dressing includes a first film layer, a manifold, and a second film layer. A plurality of fenestrations is disposed through a first side and a second side of the first film layer and is configured to be exposed to the tissue site. The first side of the manifold is disposed adjacent to the second side of the first film layer, and a first side of the second film layer is disposed adjacent to the second side of the manifold. A negative-pressure passage is disposed through the second film layer, and a fluid-ingress passage is disposed through the second film layer, the manifold, and the first film layer. A negative-pressure source is fluidly coupled to the negative-pressure passage, and a fluid source coupled to the fluid-ingress passage.

  • Publication number: 20250161551
Abstract: Apparatuses, dressings, and systems for negative pressure wound therapy. The apparatus includes a first film layer, a second film layer, and a plurality of protrusions. The first film layer includes a first surface configured to contact the tissue site, a second surface opposite the first surface, and a plurality of fenestrations. The second film layer includes a first surface configured to couple to the second surface of the first film layer and a second surface opposite the first surface. The plurality of protrusions are disposed between the second surface of the first film layer and the first surface of the second film layer. The plurality of protrusions are integrally formed on at least one of the second surface of the first film layer or the first surface of the second film layer.
