    Abstract: A gaming machine is configured with accumulating multiplier functionality. In one embodiment, the gaming machine presents a base game such as a slot game. In the event of one or more winning base game outcomes, the gaming machine presents a plurality of multiplier value presentation events. An accumulated value of multipliers which are selected or displayed during those presentation events defines a total multiplier value which is applied to an award associated with the winning outcome to create a total award.
